Rental Policy & Requirements
Credit Card & License
- For each rental we require a current driver's licence and active debit or credit card for authorization.
- We require Copy of ID ( front and back ).
- We require Copy of Credit Card / Debit Card ( front and back ) We accept cash for final payments. We authorize your payment method for the entire rental amount.
- Out-of-State and Non-Local Licenses Require an Additional Deposit.
- Late payment is Assessed once rental is not returned the next business day, minimum of 10% of the total rental will be applied
- Prices and availability are subject to change without notice at any time.
Payment Policy
- We require a 25% deposit on all orders.
- Pickup and delivery costs are calculated based on time and location.
- Deposit or full payment are non- refundable due to weather conditions or any other reasons.
- A store credit will be issued which must be used within 3 months, if store credit is not used for any reason within the 3 months, a $25.00 restocking fee will be applied from the deposit or full -payment.
Rental Policy
Damaged Items
- You will be charged replacement costs for any lost, broken or damaged items.
- Linen must be food free and have to be dry to prevent mildew or mold. You will be charged replacement costs for burns, candle wax, and permanent/non-removable stains on all linens.
- Changes are allowed two weeks before your final event.
- In the event of any accident or injury involving the equipment rented that results in personal injury of property damage the lessee agrees to notify the company immediately.
- Decorento Party Supplies will be responsible for washing and disinfecting rental items.
- Rental items must be rinsed before returning - if not, an additional charge of 10¢ per piece will be applied to your credit card.
- No refunds for unused rental items.
Delivery Charge
- Regular Deliveries and Pick up are 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, before or after we charge extra fees.
Elevator Fee
- An extra delivery fee will be applied if delivery requires use of elevator
Same Day Pickup
- If you need late pick-up (from 5:01 pm to 11:59 am) we charge extra fees.
- A normal/standard delivery charge is based on the amount of the rent and 20 miles from our address.
Set up & Pick up
- Tables and chairs are delivered stacked. It is the responsibility of the customer to set up and arrange tables and chairs
- Chiavari Cushions must be removed from Chiavari Chairsand stack properly.
- We do not install or remove cushions unless requested for an additional fee of $1.00 per chair.
Fees Applied for not Stacking
(no chair and table exceptions)
- During pick up, if the tables and chairs are not stacked the same way they have been delivered, an extra fee will be apply ( $1.00 per chair and overnight $1.50/Table $4.00 and overnight $5.00).
- Glasswares are rented in increments depending on the glasses and glass chargers rented.
- Dinnerware must be food free and placed in containers provided.
- Decorento Party Supplies do not provide table skirt clips with the table skirt, it has to be rented separately.

Cancellation Policy
To secure your event, all fees must be paid no later than 5 business days prior to the scheduled event. Any unpaid balance after such time will be cancelled. All cancellation requests must be made in writing. No refunds will be granted if the request is received with fewer than 5 days prior to the scheduled event. You can cancel or reschedule your event by emailing us at myeventsdecor@gmail.com Texting or calling our office at 9549071441 and You will receive a credit for your your next event. However, we take into consideration cancellation due do to bad weather, Complications or Death.
